RETURN POLICY: Returns are possible YET ITEM MUST BE RETURNED W/IN 5 WORKING DAYS OR REFUND IS PRO-RATED. Yet, buyer pays shipping to/from destination with NO EXCEPTIONS. Winner receives 85% of total winning cost, 15% is for restocking, shipping materials, listing fee's and loss of sale. NO refunds for bidders lack of knowledge, unless you can prove in writing from an authorized dealer that the item is not as described. Buyers remorse is not an acceptable reason for returns. Therefore know your products and size. Please make sure your mailing address is up to date so items can arrive promptly and safely. If incorrect address is giving, no refund ~ consider your purchase a final sale.
SHIPPING: Once your purchase is in the hands of the US Post Office the seller is no longer liable for receipt of item. Please inform seller if you choose to purchase delivery confirmation, insurance or other USPS options to ensure delivery. We do not offer local pick-up unless ad states so.
